Here are the steps to install the WIC Reset program:
You may have downloaded the compress program in format. ZIP, the first thing you need to do is unzip the file, use the instructions in the following publication; inside the folder you will have the program ready to install in the version you need and have selected before downloading.
To eliminate the error of "full waste pads", you should only connect the printer that shows the error via USB. For the installation process, please correctly follow the instruction giving by the screenshot below, you can enlarge these images by clicking on them.
Immediately execute the program will recognize the printer connected to the computer, in case the printer does not appear just click on "refresh detected printers list" at the bottom where the model of the printer should appear.
If you have purchased the "license key" here, we will send you an email with the 16-digit combination to use only once, you can confirm the authenticity of it using the WIC Reset program. Support - Check Reset Key
The next thing you need to do is click on reset waste counters, a window will appear asking you to enter the license, copy and paste the 16 digits and click on OK, the program will begin a process of recognizing the license, it may take a few seconds, depending on how fast your Internet connection is. see image below...
After the waiting period, the program will show an advertisement indicating that the resetting of waste counters was done correctly, you should turn OFF the printer and turn it back ON for it to work properly.
If you want you can check the waste counters level, by clicking on read waste counters option on the program, then it will open a window showing the model of the printer, its serial number, and the status of the printer and the counters used 0% after performing the reset using the WIC Reset program.
